Tech Lead | Flutter & .NET | Financial Services

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of innovative digital platforms, mobile applications, and client-facing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical strategy, mentor developers, and play a key role in digital transformation initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, technical design, and development standards.

• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Design and develop web, mobile, and business-critical applications.

• Lead Flutter mobile app development for iOS and Android.

• Oversee app deployment and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play Store.

• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, high-performing, and scalable.

• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 10+ years software development experience.

• 3+ years hands-on Flutter mobile development experience.

• Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.

• Strong expertise in:

• Flutter

• C# .NET / .NET Framework

• Angular

• SQL Server

• Microsoft Azure

• Docker / Kubernetes

• CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks

• Experience publishing and maintaining production mobile applications.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong software architecture and technical leadership background.

• Experience building secure, scalable, offline-first mobile solutions.
