Minimum requirements: Qualified Fitter with Trade test 3 + Years experience as a Laser Alignment Technician Proven experience in performing Laser Alignment tests on various machines Ability to conduct Dynamic Balancing on rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize vibration Strong knowledge and understanding of Fluid Drive Couplings and their applications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to alignment and balancing issues Experience using alignment and balancing tools and equipment.
