Detail: RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS : Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the QC laboratory Testing and release of samples according to test methods Ensuring sample traceability-Interprets data-Reporting of results- Batch Release Complete and review batch release specifications in accordance with approved requirements. Generate and issue the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for finished products. Ensure that documents are properly archived and where required shared with customers or otherstakeholders. Where required, send finished product samples to customers. Strict adherence to Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment Monitoring and documenting of environmental conditions Compliance with GLP requirements. Operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments. Data integrity Sampling, testing, reporting, and trending of results Water Swabs and settle plates Raw Material, Packaging Materials, Finished products Performing and or assisting in Annual Product Reviews Pest control and Halaal/ Koscher management Performing pest control weekly and monthly inspections Halaal/Koscher document management and participating in inspections Ensures control to the storage of retention samples. Controlling sample entry and exit from the stores Monitor s and recording of storage conditions Removal and destruction of expired samples Assists with various tasks in Receiving and material sampling and testing when required . Reporting of all non-conformances and OOS and supporting investigations Supports validations Testing of samples and reporting of results. Qualification and Experience required for this position National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Knowledge of GMP standards and GLP requirements. Minimum of 1 year experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Ability to work independently and willingness to work overtime when required.
