The Main Purpose of the function is

 Monitor and report on raw materials, in-process products, final products, water and effluent

parameters.

 Ensure the modification of thick liquor, according to the Process of Manufactures, for final

product manufacture.

1. Monitor and report on raw material, in-process products, final products, water and effluent

parameters.

2. Ensure the modification of thick liquor according to Process of manufactures (POMs) for final

product manufacture.

3. Monitor and report on chemical stock levels.

4. Ensure effective management of subordinates and teams.

6. Comply with the production and safety procedures.

7. Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality Management Systems.

 Grade 12 with Core Maths and Physical Science.

 Certificate in Laboratory operations and procedures;

 12 months practical experience in a Laboratory environment within chemical manufacturing.

 6 months Supervisory experience.

 Health and Safety experience.

 Computer Literate in Microsoft 365 suite.

 Code EB vehicle license;

 Ability to communicate in English.

 Must be physically fit with no eyesight restrictions

 Clear criminal record.
