EE:Open Detail: Requirements: National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4. 1 year experience in Supervising a team. 2 year's experience in office and system administration. Valid RSA driver's license with own transport. Knowledge of ISO22000 will be advantageous. Previous experience in a laboratory will be advantageous. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with product and service quality standards, food safety and standard operating procedures. Oversee and perform tests of animal feed samples for nutritional content, contaminants, and conformance. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in line with standard operating procedures. Perform internal audits and facilitate external inspections for lab accreditation. Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards. Train and supervise laboratory technicians. Investigate non-conformances and determine corrective preventative actions. Monitor and investigate critical control points (CCP's) and Operational Pre-requisite Programs (ORP's) to ensure compliance with company standards.
