Senior Systems Engineer / L3 Support Engineer ?? Cape Town preferred | Other locations considered ?? R50,000 – R70,000+ per month depending on experience

Are you the engineer everyone calls when L1 and L2 have run out of answers?

This is NOT a helpdesk role. ??

We’re looking for a seriously strong L3 Engineer who can take ownership of complex environments, solve the problems others can’t, lead technical projects and confidently engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor.

You’ll work across

?? Microsoft 365 & Azure ?? Security, governance & compliance ?? Networking, firewalls, VPNs & connectivity ??? Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V & VMware ??? Conditional Access, MFA, Intune & EDR ?? Exchange Online, SharePoint & Teams ?? Cloud migrations & remediation projects ?? Backup, DR & business continuity ?? Technical roadmaps, governance & client strategy

?? WHO WE’RE HEADHUNTING

?? 5+ years in senior infrastructure/MSP environments ?? 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 ?? Strong Azure / Entra ID / Intune capability ?? Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP ?? FortiGate, Ubiquiti and/or Cisco experience ?? Security hardening, MFA & Conditional Access ?? Experience managing multiple client environments ?? Ability to own escalations and lead projects ?? Strong client-facing communication skills ?? Ability to mentor L1/L2 engineers

? BIG PLUS: Azure/Microsoft Security certifications, Fortinet/NSE, CCNA, PowerShell, Defender, Sentinel, ISO 27001, RMM/PSA platforms or AI/Copilot exposure.
