Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site support on various L2 issues including:
- AD administration
- Azure administration
- O365 and exchange support
- Cloud support
- Other hardware and software related support
- Backups
- Various project assistance
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Related IT qualification
- 5years experience, preferably from within an MSP
- Strong knowledge and experience in L2 hardware, software and networking support
- Fluency in Afrikaans is imperative
- Driver's license and own motor vehicle
Package & Remuneration
R20000-24000 + medical contribution
