What we are looking for
- Relevant KYC, CDD or customer-onboarding experience within banking, fintech, payments or regulated financial services.
- Experience with enhanced due diligence would be advantageous.
- International or UK financial-services experience is preferred.
- Strong South African financial-services experience will also be considered where candidates have worked within structured risk, quality and KPI frameworks.
- Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to make evidence-based decisions rather than relying purely on process.
- Strong written case-note and documentation capability.
- High B2/C1 English proficiency.
- Cape Town based or able to work from a Cape Town operation.
