Job Description

  • We are looking to recruit an experienced Kit Co-ordinator for the KZN and Free State Region, based in Midrand.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Management of Kit inventory for the Vascular Division within the KZN & Bloemfontein Branch;
  • Dispatch of kits to various health care facilities;
  • Liaise with warehouses to ensure kits are fully stocked with required inventory;
  • Reconciliation of usage from kit stock;
  • Liaise with both Sales Consultants & Healthcare facilities to ensure orders are obtained for inventory used;
  • Monitor and remove expired inventory from kits;
  • Update and maintain missing inventory records;
  • Update and maintain kit movement records;
  • Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory;
  • Ad-Hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Matric is a minimum requirement;
  • Qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be a definite advantage.

Experience Required

  • Experience in Kit Inventory management would be an advantage;
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Control and Procedures in the Medical Device Industry will be advantageous;
  • Experience in ERP would be an advantage;
  • Analytical skills and management experience;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirement;
  • Analytical thinker;
  • Fully Bilingual in both English & Afrikaans, verbal and written communication.
