- We are looking to recruit an experienced Kit Co-ordinator for the KZN and Free State Region, based in Midrand.
Areas of Responsibility
- Management of Kit inventory for the Vascular Division within the KZN & Bloemfontein Branch;
- Dispatch of kits to various health care facilities;
- Liaise with warehouses to ensure kits are fully stocked with required inventory;
- Reconciliation of usage from kit stock;
- Liaise with both Sales Consultants & Healthcare facilities to ensure orders are obtained for inventory used;
- Monitor and remove expired inventory from kits;
- Update and maintain missing inventory records;
- Update and maintain kit movement records;
- Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory;
- Ad-Hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Matric is a minimum requirement;
- Qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be a definite advantage.
Experience Required
- Experience in Kit Inventory management would be an advantage;
- Experience in Inventory Management, Control and Procedures in the Medical Device Industry will be advantageous;
- Experience in ERP would be an advantage;
- Analytical skills and management experience;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirement;
- Analytical thinker;
- Fully Bilingual in both English & Afrikaans, verbal and written communication.
