Key Accounts & Operations Manager - OWN CAR ESSENTIAL. Will be based in Midrand but will need to visit head office in Pretoria almost daily. Petrol will be covered.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job_Description: Operational Effectiveness
• Set operational targets in consultation with clients
• Manage daily productivity on site
• Escalate matters of concern regarding target achievements
• Communicate targets to all stakeholders
• Measurement of outputs against target
• Take corrective measures
• Streamline processes to manage efficiencies
People Management
• Ensure induction and attachment programmes for all new employees
• Record keeping
• Daily timesheet management
• Manage staff performance using correct performance management system / processes
• Ensure succession planning
• Ensure training and development of staff
• Manage staff well being
• Manage Employee Relations
• Leave Management
• Disciplinary measures taken against staff as per company’s disciplinary matrix
• Ensure all warnings are submitted to the relevant payroll administrator for capturing
Desired Experience & Qualification
Relevant dilplomas required.
Excellent communication, ENGLISH, needs to be very articulate.
Package & Remuneration
Depending on skills & experience: R25 000 - R40 000 is the salary range.
