This role is suited to a relationship-driven professional who enjoys working on-site with clients, ensuring contract success, and acting as the trusted link between operations and the customer. You'll work closely with mine personnel and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and grow business within your portfolio. Detail: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 3 years' proven Key Account Management experience within an industrial or mining environment Demonstrable experience managing customer contracts (non-negotiable) Experience servicing mining clients is essential Exposure to tyre, truck, mining consumables, conveyor belting or related mining supply industries will be highly advantageous Valid driver's licence with willingness to travel extensively Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills Outgoing, professional and customer-focused with the ability to engage confidently at all organisational level As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
