As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a confident, energetic and highly organised Key Accounts Manager to join our team.

This is a client-facing position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of exceptional customer service and is motivated by achieving results.

The Role

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients.

You will play an important role in ensuring that our clients' business objectives, marketing strategies and online advertising activities remain aligned.

The successful candidate will need to build strong, professional relationships with clients while taking ownership of their accounts and ensuring that client needs and expectations are effectively met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of key client accounts.

• Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term relationships with clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Understand each client's business, objectives, target market and marketing goals.

• Ensure that clients' marketing strategies align with the online advertising campaigns being implemented.

• Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for improvement, growth and optimisation.

• Communicate campaign performance and relevant marketing insights to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

• Liaise with internal teams such as design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are actioned correctly and within agreed deadlines.

• Follow up on outstanding client requirements, approvals and feedback.

• Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they become larger problems.

• Maintain accurate records of client communication, requirements and account developments.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations where required.

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that support client objectives.

• Ensure deadlines and agreed deliverables are consistently met.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand the services provided where appropriate.

• Take ownership of client satisfaction and contribute to long-term client retention.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, client services, sales, marketing or a similar client-facing role will be advantageous.

• Experience in digital marketing or an understanding of online advertising will be advantageous.

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English .

• Valid driver's licence.

• Reliable vehicle .

• Ability and willingness to travel to client meetings when required.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
