About the Role As the Key Accounts Manager for our Food Division, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our services meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance business performance. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to existing clients. - Analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning. - Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance reports to key stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies. - Monitor account performance metrics and leverage data to improve service delivery and exceed client expectations. - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements - Proven track record in account management or sales within the food industry or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Proven experience leading diverse teams within industrial and commercial environments, supported by a strong understanding of health and safety standards. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. - Demonstrable experience in analysing market data and producing actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications - Relevant tertiary degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with food safety and compliance regulations related to the food industry. - Additional certifications in sales management or account management would be an advantage.
