Key Accounts Administrator

A highly client-centric role dedicated to maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and the seamless processing of orders across all assigned accounts. This position requires close coordination with internal team members to ensure all operational deadlines are met and client expectations are consistently exceeded. Position: Key Accounts Administrator Location: Parow Industria(Cape Town)

Requirements and Experience

• Matric
• Clear Crim Record
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment.
• Experience in inventory and system maintenance, and a strong understanding of general warehouse principles.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office suite, specifically Excel; experience with Warehouse Management Systems is highly beneficial).
• Professional business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, fostering excellent customer service and client retention.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and comprehensive feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure professional business writing and communication standards are maintained across all channels.
• Effective and proactive escalation of possible concerns in line with the chain of command

Order Processing & Administration

• Ensure accurate processing of all client requests, including inbound, outbound, and inventory transactions.
• Manage daily email correspondence and inquiries with urgency and precision.
• Full understanding and adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreement) specific to each client

Reporting

• Ensure both automated and operational reports are maintained, accurate and current at all times

Key Performance indicators

• Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI): Achieve and sustain "Satisfactory" or above ratings from assigned clients.
• Response Turnaround Time: Maintain a strict maximum 30 minutes turnaround time on all incoming client emails and queries.
