  • Deliver ongoing training to dealers on product knowledge, customer development techniques, sales skills and marketing communications.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 3-5 years in truck sales, vehicle after-sales service or a closely related field; familiar with commercial vehicle products, applications and the South African market.
  • At least 2-4 years of corporate (B2B) sales experience; proven ability to independently manage major client relationships and cultivate long-term loyalty.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets; proficient in consultative selling and commercial negotiation at fleet or corporate level.
  • Good understanding of commercial vehicle and pickup truck specifications, features and competitive positioning; strong existing customer network or ability to develop one.
  • Able to collect and analyse market intelligence; familiar with truck industry trends, policies and competitor dynamics; able to translate insights into sales strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong coordination skills across internal departments and external clients.
  • Experience in customer management within the logistics or transportation sector is advantageous.

Package & Remuneration

  • Competitive Market Related Compensation
  • A client-facing sales management role with a globally recognised commercial vehicle brand - responsible for building one of the most strategically important customer segments in the business.
