Detail: This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys being close to their customers. You'll work directly with business owners and key stakeholders, building trusted partnerships, identifying risks early, and finding opportunities to strengthen product adoption and long-term account value. You'll take ownership of a significant portfolio of merchants, using transaction trends, customer insights, and account health indicators to proactively manage retention. From face-to-face engagements and quarterly business reviews to resolving challenges and identifying upsell opportunities, you'll be a key partner in ensuring customers remain engaged and successful.
