Introduction

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Web Developer / AI Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This unique role combines web development, AI-powered solutions, and customer service excellence. The successful candidate will assist in developing and maintaining web applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance customer experiences and support business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Web Development

  • Develop, maintain, and update company websites and web applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and improvements.
  • Ensure websites follow best practices for security, usability, and performance.

AI & Technology Support

  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with AI chatbot implementation, automation, and optimization.
  • Research and recommend innovative AI solutions to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain AI-driven customer engagement platforms.

Customer Service

  • Provide professional and efficient customer support through digital channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining service standards.
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbot technologies.
  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
