Junior Verification Analyst

Introduction

A well-established B-BBEE Verification Agency based in Pretoria is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Verification Analyst to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in B-BBEE verification. Full training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret information relating to B-BBEE initiatives

• Plan and prepare verification engagements

• Draft verification plans

• Conduct preparation meetings with measured entities

• Conduct on-site verification meetings

• Complete B-BBEE scorecards and related calculations

• Draft verification reports

• Handle appeals in accordance with company procedures

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and verification standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• 3-year degree (BCom, LLB, or equivalent)

• Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification

• Valid driver's licence

• Own reliable, roadworthy vehicle

• Willingness and ability to travel

Experience

• No previous experience required – full training will be provided

• Experience in B-BBEE verification will be advantageous
