Job Title: Junior to Mid-Level Front-End Website Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Front-End Website Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing modern, responsive websites while collaborating with designers and back-end developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for clean code, creativity, and keeping up to date with the latest web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites and web applications.
Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional web pages.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
Build websites using modern frameworks and libraries where required.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal website performance.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues.
Integrate websites with APIs and back-end systems.
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress where required.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and accessibility.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver projects on time.
Perform website updates, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field (advantageous).
2–5 years' front-end web development experience.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first development.
Experience with WordPress development is advantageous.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Knowledge of website performance optimization.
