Junior Team Leader X2 Ngezi

PURPOSE An exciting opportunity exists at Fraser Alexander Zimbabwe, based at the Ngezi site, to ensure that all operational targets and contractual obligations are met on time and to the highest quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning Punctual adherence to site specific time schedule/shift times Attend/Host safety talks and monitoring staff performance, time and attendance. Perform roll call. Deploy workforce, ensuring shift handovers and daily risk assessment. Inspection of paddocks,ring feeds, PPE and tools, travelling ways (non-fabricated). Controlling of water levels in return water dams. Maintaining of platforms and catwalks. Select the right equipment for the job. Ensure that there are enough stock quantities and appropriate emergency equipment. Assist with submitting deposition reports Health and Safety Ensure that all safety procedures and site emergencies procedures are followed as per training and site-specific standards Ensure emergency preparedness from all team members Report and record unsafe acts, conditions and incidents Operations Report all defects related to pump stations, leaks, and spillages, as well as conduct inspections of pressure gauges. Assist with penstock operations according to the procedures. Conduct routine dam inspections and updating records. Assist with the following readings : Temperature, Rainfall, Piezo and Freeboard
