Duties & Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Junior Implementation Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and engineers to deliver customised software solutions for clients across a range of industries, including financial services.

You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This is a hands-on role that offers continuous learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to work directly with clients.

What You'll Do

• Configure and implement software solutions based on client requirements.

• Build and customise business solutions using SQL and low-code technologies.

• Assist with solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

• Create and maintain technical and project documentation.

• Participate in client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution discussions.

• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of client solutions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• BSc Information Technology (or equivalent)

Package & Remuneration

R30 000 pm ctc
