Junior Software Implementation Engineer / IT Graduate

Duties & Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Junior Software Implementation Engineer, you will become part of a highly skilled implementation team responsible for delivering software solutions to clients within the financial and investment industry.

This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, analyse existing processes, assist with software configuration and implementation, perform testing, troubleshoot issues and carry out low-level software development where required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• BSc or BEng degree in one of the following:

• Computer Science

• Information Technology

• Software Engineering

• Computer Engineering

• Electronic Engineering

• Mechatronic Engineering (with strong software exposure)

• Similar IT or Engineering qualification

• Degree obtained from a recognised South African university (applications from universities only will be considered)

• Excellent academic record throughout your studies

• Minimum 70% for Mathematics in Matric

• Minimum 70% for Physical Science in Matric

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for technology and working with clients

• Willingness to travel to client sites when required

Salary

R30 000 per month CTC
