Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Valid Driver's License
- Management and Fuel Industry knowledge will be advantageous
The Employee's roles and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited thereto:
- General Site Overview: Administration and Operational management and control over the Forecourt, Shop and all other Alternate Profit Centers at the Sites.
- Staff welfare, recruitment, discipline, rosters, and any other staff related issues that are required.
- Fuel and shop sales management
- Gross Profit Margin Management.
- Stock Management and Control, including, but not limited to; shrinkage, wastage, ordering, merchandising etc.
- Ensure Daily Sales are all accounted for and "Banked intact".
- Asset management – accounted for and maintained.
- Compliance - ensuring all Franchise Compliance requirements are met for Franchises that may be included at any of the sites. Including customer service, complaints and / any other customer related issues.
- Compliance with Head Office, Statutory and any other Legal Regulations.
- Reporting to Head Office as and when required daily, weekly, monthly, incidents, etc.
- All-encompassing and not limited to the above scope of work.
