Non-Negotiable Requirements: Matric + 1 year of general work experience. Valid driver's licence. No construction experience required. Proactive with a willingness to learn. Hardworking with natural leadership qualities. Detail: Minimum Requirements: Matric + 1 year of general work experience. Valid driver's license. Natural leadership qualities. Able to work within a team. Hard worker and proactive. Duties: Assist with daily site operations and supervision. Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors. Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications. Monitor productivity, quality and project progress. Assist with allocating labour and materials. Conduct regular site inspections.
