• Matric + 1 year of general work experience. • Valid driver's license. • Natural leadership qualities. • Able to work within a team. • Hard worker and proactive. Duties:
- Assist with daily site operations and supervision.
- Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Monitor productivity, quality and project progress.
- Assist with allocating labour and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
- Report site issues, delays and progress to the Site Manager.
- Maintain site records and daily reports.
