Junior Site Foreman Cape Town
Our client, a well-established company within the roofing and construction industry , is seeking a motivated Junior Site Foreman to join their team.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Matric + 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- No construction experience required.
- Proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Hardworking with natural leadership qualities.
Duties & Responsibilities

Duties
- Assist with daily site operations and supervision.
- Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
- Monitor productivity, quality and project progress.
- Assist with allocating labour and materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
- Report site issues, delays and progress to the Site Manager.
- Maintain site records and daily reports.
