Duties & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

• To manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts, win new and hit sales and margin targets

Accounts and New Business

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and grow it through new business

• Hit monthly and annual sales and GP margin targets

• Run site visits, demons trials to build relationships and win opportunities

Customer and Product Support

• Provide technical product knowledge and support across the 360SS brand range

• Coordinate stock, delivery and pricing queries with internal teams

• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating to the sales Manager where needed

Admin and Reporting

• Keep Monday.com pipeline records and quotes up to date

• Submit sales reports and call plans to the Sales Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

• Matric required a sales or technical qualification is a plus

• Proven B2B sales track record, self-motived and targets driven.

• Valid driver's licence reliable transport
