Junior Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join a growing team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct product presentations and virtual demonstrations.
• Perform outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support customer onboarding and post-sales engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and growth initiatives.
• Attend client meetings, training sessions, and strategy workshops as required.

Minimum Requirements

• 02 years experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment.
• Understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet access.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
