This is an entry-level business support role. The employee will start from basic sales support, ecommerce operations, content operations, product information maintenance, customer follow-up, and daily coordination work. The final role direction may be adjusted based on business needs and individual performance. Possible future directions include Sales Assistant, E-commerce Operations Assistant, Content Operations Assistant, or General Business Operations Assistant. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist with customer, r, merchant, and supplier communication and follow-up.
2. Support sales-related documents, quotations, product information, and basic datamaintenance.
3. Assist with e-commerce platform operations, including product listing, product descriptions,price updates, order follow-up, and customer feedback collection.
4. Support content operations, including product copywriting, photo and video materialcollection, basic video shooting, product display content, promotional materials, and simpleonline content updates.
5.Coordinate with factory, warehouse, sales, logistics, and office teams to support dailybusiness execution.
6. Learn company products, systems, processes, and sales channels quickly.
7. Accept reasonable role or task adjustments according to business needs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, E-commerce,International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Chinese Studies, Media, Communications, orrelated fields.
