Qualifications
- Matric Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Upselling
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Support contract negotiations under the guidance of senior sales staff
- Close smaller sales deals with supervision
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs
- Share insights to help refine product offerings and sales strategies
- Develop an in-depth understanding of ourbtelecommunications products and services
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Prepare periodic sales reports for internal review.
- Focus primarily on the Western Cape region
- Travel to client sites within the region to present solutions and close deals
