Junior Retail Cluster Leader - Johannesburg

Africa's Leading Window Decor Hardware Company is looking for a Juniorl Retail Sales Manager

This role is all about driving sales,managing operations, and supporting store teams to deliver required results.

What you'll be assisting with

•Roll out promotions and campaigns with accuracy and energy

•Support and coach store managers and staff to grow performance

•Oversee stocktakes and ensure results are clean and accurate

•Manage stock movement between stores to balance supply, and keep the shelves full

•Keep merchandise standards high so stores look sharp, and customers stay engaged

•Monitor daily KPIs, and step in quickly when things go off track

•Drive customer service excellence across all stores

•Ensure payroll, schedules and operational processes are followed correctly

•Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, and cut unnecessary costs

•Provide simple, clear reports and updates to senior management

•Build a positive team culture that recognizes and rewards great performance

What we're looking for

• Minimum Matric Senior Certificate

• 1 years of retail sales management experience

• Strong people skills, you must know how to motivate and coach

• Comfortable with business detail, sales,margins and stock metrics

• Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple stores and people

• Positive communicator who keeps teams engaged and aligned

• High levels of energy and a solution driven mindset

• Valid drivers licence

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
