We are a beautifully curated boutique gift store located in Riverlands Shopping Centre, Observatory.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented junior retail assistant who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful retail space and providing thoughtful customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting customers with thoughtful gift selection and excellent service. • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandising. • Accurate stock handling and inventory checks. • Processing sales and following established store procedures. • Managing day-to-day store operations independently once trained.
Requirements
· Experience in retail is essential.
· Completed grade 12 matric
· Warm personality with great people skills.
· Eager to learn and is proactive and reliable.
· Confidence in customer service and in communicating clearly.
· Comfortable working on point-of-sale systems (training will be provided)
· A team player with positive energy and a can-do attitude
· Language: applicants must know English.
· Available to work over the weekends and over the festive period.
