Junior Recruitment Officer – Temporary1. Purpose of the Role To provide temporary recruitment and administrative support to the Human Capital team, with a primary focus on high-volume Call Centre recruitment . The role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and all recruitment administration and records are accurate and complete. 2. Key Responsibilities · Support the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume Call Centre roles, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, telephonic screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and candidate communication. · Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and candidate files, and assist with assessments, background and reference checks, offers and onboarding administration. · Ensure all recruitment activities and documentation comply with company policies, requirements and applicable recruitment governance standards.
