Kloof - We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and support our consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment administration — with a genuine, structured path toward a Junior Recruiter position for the right person. Duties & Responsibilities

Fouché & Co Recruitment is a permanent-placement agency based in Kloof, working across financial services, FMCG, marketing, automotive, and technical/trades sectors who are expanding.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates against live job briefs

• Rewriting and formatting CVs to our standard

• Conducting telephone screening and reference checks

• Managing candidate and client records on our system

• Assisting with job ad creation, social media updates, and marketing content

• General office administration and reception duties

• Supporting consultants with client and candidate follow-up

• Attending client meetings and interviews alongside consultants to learn the desk

What we're looking for

• Someone organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple things at once

• Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and quick to build rapport

• A self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told

• Resilience — recruitment involves knockbacks, and we need someone who doesn't let that dent their confidence

• Previous experience in admin, sales, or a client-facing role is an advantage

• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment — this is a real growth opportunity, not just an admin role
