Our client is seeking an experienced Junior RAF Litigation Personal Assistant / Secretary to join their dynamic legal team. Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4 years' experience in Road Accident Fund litigation .

Solid knowledge of the Road Accident Fund claims process .

Experience with all aspects of medico legal reports , including

Scheduling expert assessments.

Following up on outstanding reports.

Serving and filing medico legal reports.

Experience managing Road Accident Fund litigation from lodging a claim through to trial preparation.

Experience securing expert witnesses for trial testimony.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong administrative and communication skills.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Court Online experience will be advantageous.

Managing the full Road Accident Fund litigation process.

Coordinating medico legal appointments and reports.

Drafting, serving, and filing legal documents.

Liaising with clients, experts, advocates, and the courts.

Preparing files for trial and court appearances.

Managing diaries, appointments, and legal correspondence.

Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and within deadlines.

Market-related salary based on qualifications and experience.
