A leading construction company in Gauteng is looking for a junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and letting of packages.
- Value works and prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and report on budget performance
- Responsible for cashflow and cost reporting.
- Ensure commercial processes are adhered to at all times.
- Identify risks and manage supply chain effectively.
- Make sure interaction between operational sites teams and commercial team is always professional.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Tertiary Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Min 2 years working experience in residential building sector.
- CCS software experience.
Package & Remuneration
R330 000 CTC - R400 000 CTC (Negotiable depending on experience)
