Junior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape Salary: Negotiable | Permanent
A well-established company is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Stellenbosch. Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying – Essential
- 0–2 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Good knowledge of construction and cost management
- Strong Excel/MS Office skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with BOQs, cost estimates and tenders
- Quantity measurements and valuations
- Cost monitoring and reporting
- Assist with variations, claims and final accounts
- Contract administration and general QS duties
