Junior Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
• Assist with quality inspections, audits, and process validations
• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective action initiatives
• Analyse quality data and identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Assist cross-functional teams in driving continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory quality requirements
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar)
• Maximum of 3 years' experience within a quality, production, manufacturing, or engineering environment
• Knowledge of quality principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
