• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects from initiation to handover • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved • Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders • Assist in technical design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections Minimum Requirements:
• National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering • 35 years experience in a project engineering or similar role, preferably in an engineering consultancy or manufacturing environment • Strong understanding of project life cycles, cost control, and engineering documentation • Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred:
- ECSA registration (or working toward registration)
- Experience working on multidisciplinary infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
