• National Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field will be advantageous. • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Project Administration, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying Administration or Commercial Administration within the mining industry.co • Sound understanding of construction contracts, project administration and commercial documentation. • Exposure to quantity surveying principles, cost control, progress measurements and contract administration. • Experience preparing payment certificates, progress claims, variation orders and supporting commercial documentation. • Knowledge of project cost reporting, budget monitoring and cash flow reporting. • Experience maintaining project documentation, contract registers and document control systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience with ERP, accounting or project management systems will be advantageous. • Excellent organisational, numerical and administrative skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Roles and Responsibilities: Contract & Commercial Administration
• Provide administrative support to the Quantity Surveying and Project Management teams. • Maintain contract documentation, commercial records and project correspondence. • Assist with the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements, contract amendments and variation orders. • Maintain contract registers and ensure all commercial documentation is complete and up to date. • Assist with contract compliance and document control throughout the project lifecycle. Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
• Assist with measuring completed work for progress payment purposes. • Prepare supporting documentation for payment certificates and contractor payment claims. • Assist with monthly cost reports, budget tracking and cash flow reporting. • Monitor project costs and highlight commercial variances to the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. • Maintain cost trackers, variation registers and commercial reporting schedules. • Assist with compiling final accounts and project close-out documentation. Project Administration
- Maintain project files, drawings, technical documentation and site records.
- Prepare project reports, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate project documentation between site teams, consultants and contractors.
