This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about operational excellence, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily production operations. Achieve daily and monthly production targets. Manage Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and factory personnel. Monitor productivity, efficiencies, downtime, and quality performance. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Coordinate production with Procurement, Stores, Logistics, and Quality departments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies. Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Housekeeping, and PPE compliance. Develop, mentor, and motivate production teams. Compile and present production reports to senior management. Minimum Requirements ✔ Production Management or Manufacturing Management Qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher) ✔ Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing production management role ✔ Proven leadership and people management experience ✔ Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills ✔ Excellent communication and reporting abilities ✔ Computer literate Advantageous Experience within a concrete or construction manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S principles. Health & Safety knowledge and experience.
