Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturer, is looking for a Junior Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day production activities and help drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within their manufacturing operation. This role would suit someone currently working as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Assistant Production Manager who has strong technical knowledge and is ready to grow into a broader production leadership position. Detail: What you will be responsible for: Managing and improving liquid soap and detergent production processes. Ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. Leading, supporting, and developing production teams. Monitoring production performance, waste, downtime, and process improvements. Working closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, health, safety, and environmental requirements. What we are looking for: A Degree, BTech, or relevant qualification in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. At least 5 years' experience in liquid soap, liquid detergent, dishwashing liquid, or homecare manufacturing. Experience working with ISO 9001 quality systems and GMP principles. Previous experience leading or supervising production teams. A hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. Experience in formulation, batching, blending, Lean Manufacturing, or new product development will be advantageous.
