Provide an experience where the client really feels cared for as part of our promise to show a deep desire to care for the families we serve. Responsible for the accurate and timeous indexing, allocation and processing functions including client service activities relating to the range of discretionary products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurate indexing and allocation of instructions.
- Assist the team to complete and co-ordinate the work for the day, indexing and allocating instructions so that daily volumes are managed effectively.
- Effectively processing the number of instructions against the time allocated.
- These included but not limited to – Investments; Disinvestments; Switches and general maintenance instructions.
- Clear notes and all communication on work objects ensuring that data/communication captured facilitates easy access to the progress of the instruction.
- Generate and distribute bulk communication to clients.
- Follow up with Advice and external suppliers within SLA when required.
- Daily tasks are completed timeously and accurately.
- Following the correct processes.
- Follow-up date for transactions and action correctly according to SLA.
- Assist with adhoc projects as and when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications - Minimum Matric. Relevant post matric qualification will be an advantage (Maths and Accounting are preferred).
EXPERIENCE - Min 1 year experience in investment and planning environment and LISP Experience an advantage.
COMPUTER COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS - Microsoft packages
