- Receive, count, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and supplier documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records on the Evolution system
- Capture and monitor all stock movements within the inventory system
- Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Ensure inventory is correctly stored, labelled, and organised
- Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams regarding stock requirements
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies and variances
- Issue stock to relevant departments and maintain accurate records
- Generate inventory reports and provide stock-related information to management
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an inventory control or inventory administration role within a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable) • Previous experience working on the Evolution Accounting System (non-negotiable) • Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs) • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail • Sound understanding of stock control procedures and inventory documentation • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous) Apply now!
