Are you detail-driven, love keeping things organised, and ready to grow your career in short-term insurance? A well-established and highly reputable insurance brokerage in Musgrave is looking for a Junior Insurance Sales Administrator to join their close-knit team — and we'd love to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of insurance admin experience under their belt who's ready to take the next step, work closely with a Director, and build strong relationships with both clients and insurers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Director to source quotations from insurers for new and existing Commercial and Personal lines clients
- Liaising with clients and insurance companies — both over the phone and in writing
- Preparing quote requests and checking them once they come back from insurers
- Putting together polished, client-ready quotations
- Issuing new business
- Keeping client records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team with general sales, insurance, and quotation administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Available to start immediately
- Matric, plus a completed RE
- Solid working knowledge of short-term insurance
- At least 2 years’ current short term insurance admin experience
- Exposure to new business administration or quoting (a strong advantage)
- Based on the Berea or in the surrounding areas
