The main purpose of the role is to analyse and continuously improve existing systems, processes and procedures in order to increase productivity, efficiency, accuracy and cost-effectiveness. An important focus will also be on practically integrating AI, data and new technology into the business. Detail: Minimum Requirements BEng in Industrial Engineering or a relevant related qualification Junior or recently qualified candidates are welcome Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good Excel and general computer skills Strong interest in technology, data, AI and continuous improvement Practical mindset and the ability to work well with people Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Lean/Six Sigma, ERP/WMS or AI tools will be advantageous Duties and Responsibilities Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement Develop and implement improved systems, procedures and working methods Identify bottlenecks, waste and inefficiencies Use data and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements Identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation Investigate and implement practical AI solutions for data analysis, reporting, administration and decision-making Work closely with operational staff to implement improvements on the warehouse floor Measure the impact and results of improvement projects PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
