Excentric Hair is looking for an ambitious Junior Stylist to join our Dream Team!
We are a service-excellence-focused salon that believes in continual training, development and creating an exceptional experience for every client. ✂️ YOU MUST HAVE:
A recognised professional hairdressing qualification
1–2+ years' experience working as a Junior Stylist in a busy salon
Experience performing services on clients independently
A strong foundation in cutting, styling, treatments and colour
Excellent client consultation and communication skills
A professional appearance and attitude
A passion for learning and developing your skills
A positive, energetic team-player attitude
The ability to work in line with the Excentric standard of service excellence

Deliver an exceptional experience to every client
Complete professional consultations and recommend appropriate services
Recommend home-care products and maintenance
Rebook clients and build long-term client relationships
Keep your workspace clean and hygienic
Support your fellow team members
Promote your work and the salon through social media
Build and maintain your own clientele
Bring models when needed to develop and perfect your skills
Be willing to learn from senior stylists and mentor junior team members/learners
Take responsibility for your own growth and success
