What you will be doing

  • Develop, test, and maintain features across mobile applications, backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Support native and React Native mobile application development, including UI enhancements, service integration, and defect resolution.
  • Build and maintain Java-based backend services, REST APIs, validation logic, and business functionality.
  • Assist with enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and AMQP.
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, YAML, and CI/CD pipelines to support deployments and cloud-native applications.
  • Develop and maintain features using MongoDB and Redis.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following established development standards.
  • Create unit, integration, API, and regression tests.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
  • Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and support production issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and implementation documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
  • Use enterprise-approved AI coding assistants responsibly to support coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous learning.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Entry-level to 2 years of software development experience. • Strong foundational knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming. • Exposure to Spring Boot and RESTful API development. • Basic understanding of mobile development using Native Android, iOS, or React Native. • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Kafka, and AMQP integration concepts. • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, YAML, and CI/CD pipelines. • Basic experience with MongoDB and Redis. • Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies. • Understanding of software testing principles, including unit and integration testing. • Awareness of secure coding practices and OWASP fundamentals. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. • A willingness to learn and responsibly use enterprise-approved AI coding assistants to improve software delivery.
