- Supervise daily on-site operations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Report progress to project management.
Minimum requirements
- 1-2 years proven experience as a Foreman.
- Matric
- Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
- MBA advantageous.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
Experience
- Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities.
- Ability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety regulations, and on-site compliance requirements.
