Position: Junior FOH Manager (Permanent)
Location: Bryanston
Salary Range: R16,000 R20,000
Working Hours - 09:00 Closing (Monday to Sunday)
Evenings - Weekends - Public Holidays
Shifts apply according to hospitality operational requirements
Brief Role Overview
The Junior FOH Manager supports daily restaurant, hotel, or venue operations under the guidance of a senior manager. Youll be the vital link between guests and staff balancing hands-on customer service with essential admin duties.

-Ensure fast service & queue management
-Balance daily cashier control sheets
-Handle enquiries & messages professionally
-Conduct FOH maintenance checks
-Provide on-the-job staff training
-Enforce Health & Safety compliance
-Maintain visibility across FOH areas
-Manage client satisfaction & quality control
-Submit accurate reports timeously
-Monitor industry trends & suggest improvements
